REFUND & RETURN POLICY

By placing an order with CapyGlow, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
1. 90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return.
Requests submitted after the 90-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

All included accessories (USB cable, manual, etc.) must be returned.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

The product must show no signs of misuse, modification, damage, or excessive wear.
We reserve the right to inspect and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the returned item meets the eligibility requirements.
3. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.

If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic or video evidence may be required.
We reserve the right to:

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you must:

Place a new order separately.
8. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Items must remain unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
9. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks by providing supporting documentation including delivery confirmation, payment authentication, and communication records.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CapyGlow’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
