SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CapyGlow. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding order processing and delivery times.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 3 business days (working days) for processing before shipment.

Processing time includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality control checks

  • Secure packaging

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time

After processing, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 9 business days (working days) worldwide.

Estimated total delivery time:

3 business days processing + 9 business days shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International deliveries may be subject to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Local postal service delays

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


4. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs authorities

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, global disruptions)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting your local carrier or postal service directly for assistance.


8. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on logistics availability.

This does not affect the total cost paid by the customer.
